What is Isparta Wool?
Isparta is a city in southwestern Turkey with a centuries-long tradition of producing some of the finest hand woven wool rugs in the world. Isparta rugs are made from 100% pure sheep wool — naturally soft, durable, and dense. The floral and medallion patterns are woven by hand on traditional looms and have remained largely unchanged for generations. Owning an Isparta piece means owning a fragment of living textile heritage.

This rug has been upcycled from a vintage Isparta piece with natural signs of age and gentle wear that add to its authentic character. Minor variations in color, pile height, and pattern placement are expected and are part of what makes each piece truly unique.
