This pillow cover is made from genuine vintage hemp fabric — woven decades ago by hand in the villages of western Anatolia, Turkey. The fabric itself is old. The pillow form is new. Together, they create something that simply cannot be replicated.

Each piece is cut and sewn from authentic antique hemp cloth, sourced from Demirci, Manisa — a region long known for its exceptional hemp weaving tradition. Because every length of vintage fabric is different, no two covers are exactly alike. What you receive is one of a kind.

The natural cream and warm ivory tones are not dyed — this is the original color of the aged hemp fiber, softened and mellowed by time. The subtle tonal variation across the surface is the mark of genuine vintage material.

· Hand wash in cold water with mild liquid detergent
· No bleach, no powder detergents
· Lay flat or hang dry in the shade — do not tumble dry
· Lightly steam or iron on low heat with a cloth barrier if needed
· Hemp softens naturally with each wash
· Slight shrinkage on first wash is normal for vintage handwoven hemp
