This semicircle rug is handmade from an authentic vintage Turkish rug, originally woven in Anatolia using traditional techniques. Selected for its rich pattern and warm earth-tone palette, the rug has been carefully reshaped into a functional half round form while preserving its original decorative character.

The surface features warm brown and muted olive tones blended with soft beige and faded gold highlights. Traditional Anatolian floral and vine motifs flow across the rug, creating a layered and organic composition. Natural abrash, gentle fading and visible weave texture reflect the age and history of the original wool carpet, giving the piece depth and authenticity.

This rug was intentionally created from a vintage carpet with aesthetic wear rather than damage, allowing it to be transformed into a decorative yet practical semicircle rug. Its expressive but balanced design makes it ideal for entryways, door fronts, kitchens, bathrooms, or boho, rustic and eclectic interiors.
