This salmon and beige runner was never meant to be this size — and that's exactly what makes it special.
Originally hand-knotted as a full-size carpet (approx. 155 x 270 cm) by Anatolian women in Isparta, Turkey during the 1970s–1980s, this rug carried decades of warmth and history. After decades of use, the edges naturally deformed — as authentic vintage rugs often do. Rather than let this piece disappear, we carefully sheared the pile to refresh its texture, deep-cleaned the rug, and professionally re-finished the edges — revealing a stunning runner with its original center field completely intact.
The warm salmon tones, soft ivory, and deep brown create a color story that feels both timeless and effortlessly modern. This is not a color you can manufacture. This is decades of sunlight, love, and time.
