We source these rugs directly from old homes and private collectors across Turkey — places where these pieces have rested for 40, 50, sometimes 60 years. When we find one, it begins a journey before it reaches you.

This circle rug was hand-cut from one such rug — a vintage Isparta handwoven wool rug. The edges have been carefully hand-finished to ensure durability. What you receive is not a machine-made circle rug. It is a piece of a real rug, from a real home, made by a real pair of hands decades ago.

✦ ABOUT THIS RUG
This round rug was hand-cut from a vintage Isparta rug — one of Turkey's most celebrated rug-weaving regions, known for fine knotting, rich floral compositions, and the enduring quality of Anatolian wool.

The field is a luminous ivory white — bright, clean, and open. Across every inch of it flows a dense all-over botanical arabesque: curving vines, flowers, and leaves in soft gold and warm brown, with grey accents that add depth and shadow. The composition is panel-like — four quadrants of arabesque meeting at the center in perfect symmetry — giving the rug a structured yet organic quality.

Cut into a circle, the rug takes on a new life. The round form softens the rigidity of the arabesque grid and turns the whole composition into something fluid and complete — like looking down at a garden from above.
